This policy applies to the website menshealthinstitute.org (the “Site”), operated as MensHealthInstitute. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including Amazon and Google.
What this site actually is
The Site is an editorial publication. We do not run a newsletter signup, a comment form, user accounts, contests, or a clinic booking system. If you write to us, you do it by email.
Information collected automatically
Servers and, if you allow analytics, Google Analytics may collect:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device class
- pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP
- cookies, pixels, and similar identifiers, as described in the cookie policy
Information you send us
If you email editorial@menshealthinstitute.org, we receive whatever you put in that message (usually a name, an address, and the body). We use it to reply, correct an article, or handle a privacy request. We do not sell it.

- To answer email and meet legal duties
- To serve and measure advertising if and when Google AdSense is installed

Sharing
We share data with processors who run the Site for us (hosting, DNS, Analytics if enabled, and Google if ads are enabled). We share when the law requires it. We do not sell email lists because we do not keep one.
Retention
Analytics records follow Google’s retention settings. Emails are kept as long as needed to finish the request and for a reasonable legal archive.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data, to object to certain processing, to portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email the address below. We will need enough detail to find your data. We cannot pull a Google advertising identifier we do not control.
Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We will change the “Last updated” date when this policy changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.
