About

MensHealthInstitute is an independent editorial site. We publish protocols on sleep, bloodwork, training, and supplements for men who are tired of manifesto culture. We are not a medical practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or see patients.

What we are

The site started in 2026 as a reading log: papers, failed self-experiments, and the boring levers that still work after 35. The standard is specific. If a claim cannot point at a human study, a lab number, or a week you can actually run, it does not ship.

Revenue comes from display ads where the network allows them. Ads do not get to write the protocol.

This is an independently operated editorial site. It is not a licensed medical practice, pharmacy, or laboratory. Staff bylines are editorial roles, not a treating-physician relationship. Legal and privacy mail: editorial@menshealthinstitute.org.

Masthead

How a piece gets out

  1. Draft from primary papers and a protocol you can run.
  2. Science edit: citations, doses, animal vs human, what the endpoint actually was.
  3. Medical disclaimer stays on. We are information, not a consult.
  4. Corrections go on the page with a date. Email editorial@menshealthinstitute.org if we got a number wrong.
