Medical disclaimer
Last updated 30 August 2026.
MensHealthInstitute publishes editorial information about sleep, training, bloodwork, and supplements. It is not a medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, or device company. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or see patients.
Not medical advice
Articles, the lifestyle score, and the glossary are not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician who has your history, your exam, and your labs. Do not start, stop, or change a drug, supplement, or training plan because of something on this site without talking to that person.
Emergencies
This site is not for emergencies. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, suicidal thoughts, priapism, severe allergic reaction, or any other emergency: use local emergency services immediately. In the United States that is 911. In the EU, 112. Do not email us instead.
Supplements and unapproved compounds
Dietary supplements are not held to the same standard as approved medicines. Doses in studies are not a shopping list. Research chemicals sold “not for human consumption” are not a protocol. If a piece mentions a compound that is not an approved medicine in your country, that is not permission to buy or inject it.
Individual results
People differ. A number from a wearable, a lifestyle quiz, or an illustrative composite is not a clinical outcome. We do not promise that you will lower blood pressure, raise testosterone, or change “biological age.”
Who to talk to
Questions about your body go to a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Editorial corrections about our pages go to contact.
